Your position

Activities covered by the team of Technology Development and Group Purchasing are Corporate  Centre IT coordination & operations, Data Management, Group Procurement, Group Applied Technology, Group Assets & Sharing, and Group Cybersecurity Service Management.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Group Security Service Manager who will be responsible for the following activities at the Group level:

  • Facilitate & actively participate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the governance “Ageas Group & Ageas Entities – Security Services Suppliers” managing group security services to :

    • Challenge security suppliers on service quality and level of services to ensure suppliers deliver according to contract provisions

    • Challenges Ageas entities on their own priorities & delivery & feedback to ensure suppliers of group security services have all required information & accesses to provide contracted services at the agreed level

  • Facilitate & actively participate as SME in the governance “Ageas Group – Ageas Entities” to :

    • Define group security services types to be implemented, and the governance (local vs group lead), to deliver synergies or align with group security strategy. This includes security testing

    • Define security testing scenarios, follows execution, feedback and reporting

  • Consolidate reporting on group security services quality of delivery (KPI’s vs SLA’s), added-value, outcomes and results of testing campaigns. This includes reporting and follow-up on continuous improvement plans defined by entities or at group security services level, related to group security services

  • Provide advisory services, guidance and organize knowledge sharing on entities improvement plans related to group security services, or outcomes from group security testing service

  • Detect opportunities for Group initiatives to implement group security solutions and/or services delivering synergies with a local added-value, and bring proposals to Governance in place

In addition, the Group Security Service Manager will be responsible for the following activitiesat the Ageas Corporate Centre level:

  • Lead ISO 27k – certification and the improvements related to the ISO27k certification.

  • Act as SPOC for IT security assessments of Corporate Centre by second and third lines

  • Propose and lead IT security program/projects for the Ageas Corporate Centre

  • Organize, plan & (partly) execute IT Security activities for the Corporate Centre

  • Participate in the Corporate Centre Security Office, which facilitates embedment of the Ageas Information Security Framework within the Ageas Corporate Centre.

  • Validate Ageas Corporate Center projects/solution from an IT Security point of view

Your profile

  • Experience of minimum 10 years in IT Security roles

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in Security Management

  • Relationship-building and influencing skills (including with senior management)

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Drive, ownership, and proactivity

  • High quality standards

  • Collaborative mindset

  • Able to take on an advisory role towards entities of the Group

  • Autonomous in organizing and prioritizing own work in line with management guidelines

  • Resilience

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and share

  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
